We operate as an independent, impartial Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising agency. We do not own or control advertising inventory unless explicitly stated in writing. 

Our role is advisory, strategic, and executional on behalf of our clients. 

3. Scope of Services 

Our services may include:

  • Media planning and site selection 
  • Rate negotiation with media owners 
  • Campaign coordination and management 
  • Creative production coordination 
  • Performance reporting and insights 

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes 

OOH advertising outcomes depend on multiple external factors. While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific results, impressions, or ROI. 

5. Media Owner Dependencies 

Campaign delivery may rely on third-party media owners and suppliers. Availability, pricing, and performance are subject to their operational conditions. 

6. Fees & Payments 

Fees, commissions, and payment terms are agreed in writing per project. Late payments may result in delayed campaign execution. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All proprietary materials, methodologies, strategies, and website content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. 

8. Confidentiality 

All client information and campaign data are treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

We shall not be liable for: 

  • Indirect or consequential damages 
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities 
  • Delays or failures caused by third parties or force majeure events 

10. Termination 

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed contractual terms. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination. 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
